Our Mission
To reach out to all God's children at the point of greatest need. We do this by providing Christian child care, bible study, small group study, our involvement in hunger and homeless issues, including PADS, CROP Walk and OPRF Food Pantry and the Community of Congregations and supporting missionaries.

We pray for and with our brothers and sisters in Haiti.

As we watch the images on television, it is our human response to aks what can we do to help. the plan to deal with any disaster starts with sending trained professionals in to rescue those who are in danger, assess the damage and to stablize the situation. Until those things are done, it is not possible of safe for the ordinary citizen to get directly involved. Many missionaries who are already there have sent home. It will be some time fefore it is safe to make any mission trips there.

There are many ways we can help right here where we are. We can assist those organizations who are presently on the front lines of help. Former President George Bush informed us that the most imprtnat thing that we can give is money - so that those organizations can purchase the supplies that they need.
